Bring 1 litre of water to a boil, adding 10 g of salt for every 100 g of pasta. Add the pasta, stirring constantly for the first 2 minutes to prevent it from sticking. Drain and let it cool on a tea towel before transferring it to the baking dish and baking in the oven.
